The Heart of NaNoi
NaNoi. Two syllables. One from the chef, one from her father. Two generations, one passion.
Chef Na grew up in Isaan, where cooking is instinct, not a recipe. For her, it's only right when it tastes like home.
And then there was Noi. Her father, the first to believe in her. He is no longer here, but his portrait hangs on the wall and he keeps watch.
Today Na is in the kitchen and Jacques in the front of house. His work once took him to Bangkok, where he fell in love with Thailand. There he found Na. Together, they are there for you every evening.
