Chef Na grew up in Isaan, the culinary soul of Northeast Thailand. Here, cooking isn't a recipe; it's instinct. The sizzle of garlic in a glowing wok, the scent of freshly pounded curry paste, the endless dance between sweet, sour, salty, and spicy. A legacy passed from mother to daughter, generation after generation.

In 2012, life brought her to Antwerp. She embraced the language. She excelled at PiVa, Belgium's renowned culinary school. She began as a chef at a well-known Thai restaurant in Antwerp. But something kept tugging. In her mind burned one image: her own place. Pure. Authentic. Exactly as she remembered from home.

In July 2024, NaNoi opened its doors. No frills, no compromises. Just the honest, intense flavors of Isaan. Made by the same hands that, as a little girl, learned to pound curry paste at her mother's side.
